Want to sleep better, take a quick look at your Quickbooks…

On Saturday night I stayed up later than I wanted to.  And it wasn’t because I got sucked in to a great late night movie on some far away channel.  I was reviewing my Quickbooks data.

Why?

The hard drive that my Quickbooks data lives on was acting funny.  When my wife went to turn on the computer that evening so that we could write a few checks, the machine kept getting stuck on start-up.  This was extremely frustrating for me because I had already spend most of the day (a vacation day) whacking away at my MAC on a different project.  I wanted to be finished for the day.

I unplugged everything, let it sit, and the started it back up and Windows loaded.  I this case, the third try was the charm.  I still needed a break so I left it running and went away for awhile.  I came back at about 11:30 PM to make sure I had my back-ups in place so i could sleep peacefully  that night.

It took me about an hour for reasons I won’t share here – they’re boring.  There were some perceived problems with the current Quickbooks files that weren’t really problems, it was just late and I need to get to bed.

The point I’m trying to make is this…ALL hard drives fail at some point.  And leaving your Quickbooks data to chance is a stupid thing to do.  Especially when we have a solution for you that’s absolutely FREE forever.

That’s right, we’ll backup your Quickbooks data remotely using our remote data backup service absolutely FREE forever so that you NEVER have to worry about whether or not your bookkeeping is safe.  It’s easy to be in denial about how your Quickbooks data is backed up (if it’s backed up at all) until you turn your computer on one evening and are faced with the real possibility that your hard drive may have crashed.

That’s a sinking knot in the bottom of the stomach that I wouldn’t wish on anyone.

Want to backup your Quickbooks file right now for FREE?  Click Here to set it up right now. It will take you about 10 total minutes, and will save you hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars if your hard drive crashes.  And someday it will…

PS  The set-up page for your Free Quickbooks backup speaks directly to accountants, but if you’re an individual business owner you can sign-up too.  You might even consider becoming a re-seller…
