Why I’m always glad to hear from Jesse about remote data backup…
We have two Jesse’s here actually. One who does graphic design and one who takes good care of all of our remote data backup customers. Remote data backup Jesse is the one I’m referring to today…

I just love this for a few reasons. First, it really makes me feel at ease. My wife Laura’s computer as well as “Nomad Lobby Computer” were turned off a week ago because I’m in the process of putting a new hard drives in. And as a result, my Gillware remote data backup system is not able to run. The computer has to be turned on for that software to go checking all of my files and backing up any of them that need it. And sure enough, the Gillware remote data backup system noticed and a day later I got an email from Jesse. It’s nice to know that I’m going to hear from someone right away if and when my files are not being backed up properly.
The other reason I love this is that even though it’s actually the computer system that is doing the monitoring (which I prefer), I’m getting a message from a real live human being when necessary. That’s a personal touch that makes me feel like I’m really being taken care of.
So thanks Jesse and thank you Gillware for building such an elaborate, effective and efficient system. I sleep well at night…
